2015 volvo V-50 dipstick
Does this vehicle have a dipstick...I'm asking for a niece...
What year is the V50? Volvo discontinued the V50 in 2012. The dipstick is located in front of the alternator, on the left side of the engine in front. It’s a yellow handle.
Current Volvo models don’t have the usual engine oil dip stick to check the oil level. Instead they have an electronic oil sensor, and you can check the oil level information in the cluster display. The procedure is in the owners manual and is available online: just google the car.
