Should I ever pay higher than a Blue Book price range?

Are Rubicons all part of the Jeep Wrangler family?  Or are Rubicons another
brand of Jeep?

One thing to consider as well is how much aftermarket value was applied to the jeep. I've noticed many jeeps are customized to the point where they are almost entirely different cars
