Question type: Car Customization

Ive been thinking a lot about cramming a v8 into my cherokee. i know the gut reaction for everyone is "get a 350" but i wanna do something different.
I can get my hands on a 318 or a 360 pretty easy. Has anyone done anything like this?

Man you have to do a lot of fab work to do a V8 swap but if you have the knowledge and the money then go for it. I like the idea with sticking with mopar small blocks. So don't like the 4.0?
