I have a 98 pontiac montana and the interior lights don't shut off. There is no plunger switch on any door. So it's not a door switch.

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I just got a used 98 pontiac montana. The interior lights don't shut off.  I looked
for a plunger switch on all the doors and there is no switch to be found.

Try lubing the door latches and if that doesn't work, you'll have to pull the door panels off and look for a loose rod or any broken latch mechanisms.

Use some override lh side of overhead console, check knob under headlight switch if it's turned all the way to the right it will override door switches
