Could be steering rack internal bushing wear and it hangs up in a particular spot. Would inspect intermediate shaft as well for wear Make sure your steering fluid is o.k. belt condition and there are no leaks and or wobble in steering pump pulley. That's all I go for now to check :D ....Good Luck!

That will depend on where you go or if you DIY this issue. If it is the rack you could be looking at anywhere from $700 and up for the part and labor for a rack job. Make sure to verify the offending part before ordering getting anything done. If your not going to go at it alone have a local mechanic give you an estimate and evaluation. Good Luck!
