Question type: General

will not hold a charge could there be a short somewhere.  The car has everything power, such as windows, locks, etc.  Did not have any trouble with it until after it was stolen and found.  Had it towed to have wiring replaced in steering column.  Please help as I can not
use the car since it will not hold a charge.

"will not hold a charge" does not really tell me anything- if the alternator is not charging it could be bad or have the wiring messed up- no insurance? then try to come up with a few bucks to have a good mechanic straighten out that ignition wiring under the dash-
