can you get in trunk with key or release button not working

your car shoud have a rear seat pass thru behind the armrest in the rear seat- open the little door and you can get inside. also, any GM dealer can cut you a door/trunk key for that car- just bring your i.d. (for proof of ownership)and the VIN number and they can cut one, and it should be inexpensive- the door key and ignition key were two separate keys- the ignition is the anti-theft one and is expensive to replace.
