my 2003 alero wont turn over or start. no security light is on, i changed my battery. I even tried to reset my security code. still wont start. could it be the starter or the alternator?

It's the starter or wiring if the motor won't crank over. If it does crank and won't start check crank sensor or sensors. Look for blown starter fuse also.
