Your fan relay is bad, cheap part but if you know nothing about cars you will need to find someone to do it for you!
there is a updated blower motor resistor , condensation from running the AC splashes on the resistor
usually you have to replace both at the same time for all of your speeds to work again
There is just full on and off.
