They should fit fine because there is no difference in the rear seat configuration in the S type cars. All Minis use the same platform however, that being said there are always changes that can be optioned in a car build. Special order parts and designs are often done for the buyer. You can" build your own" in many different ways. I would ask the seller to take them back if they don't fit.
