Looking for used Slant Nose Cabriolet
I am looking for used Slant Nose Cabriolet for around $15,000 to $20,000. I have found several and have been looking for the last few months. They are not true turbo and I know you have to be careful on who actually did the slant nose conversion but that being said this would be my ideal choice if I can find it.

Yes, you do have to be careful. Slant nose was an option at one time for the turbo. It was an expensive option too. Only buy a true Porsche slant nose and not an after market.

Another thing is some that are around the 15,000 - 20,000 may need 10K or more to get 100%. I am still on the hunt and will post any results. I almost bought a slant nose targa I saw for sale in Daytona, FL but the shop would not let me test drive it because it was also on ebay. That just turned me off and unfortunate for him because it only went for 16,200 and I would have gone upwards to 20K. Oh well. It was not exactly what wanted anyway. Targa's are OK but harder to resell.
I also doubt that the one you saw that sold for $16,000 was a slant nose from the factory and is actually a regular Targa with a slant nose kit conversion ( which I would avoid like the plague). Gotta watch out for those. Although I am sure there are a few good shops out there that can to a masterful conversion that could rival the original slant nose. Porsche just didn't make enough of them to go around.
