where is the best place to tie kayak bow & stern stability ropes to the fron & back frame work of my 2013 subaru outback?

there are some mounting loops in the trunk and in the front of the cargo area...these should be choice~

The screw-in mountining loop should not be used--see manual. They are only for towing car and must be taken off while driving as they interfere with deployment of the air bags. The front of my Crosstrek is all plastic, and there is a plastic sheet covering the front 3 feet of the front underside. I have the same problem and dealer says he has now answer. This is crazy because many people use the Subaru to move kayaks. Any ideas?
