Blend door not working, get warm air with A/C on. Replaced blend door actuator / motor still getting a code 24 all the time and code 25 sometimes.

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have replaced the blend door actuator and am still getting warm air.

Still getting code 24 always and 25 sometimes.

There are no air actuators to the blend door motor.  It is not turning and not
clicking, it is brand new.

Sounds like the EATC is shot somewhere.  Relay, Diode, Transistor,
connection whatever?

BTW, I disassembled the old actuator and tested the motor.  No broken
teeth and the thing works just fine.

I've rebuilt the electric over vacuum actuators twice or is it three times.  Last
time with one of the O-ring kits.

Great car.  Lousy HVAC
