1999 ford windstar 3.8L engine. I replaced battery,altenator. Engine will only start when jump starting from another car. Could it be the starter

Clicks when trying to start. Will start when jumping off with another vehicle.

Had ALT checked, BAD! Repl. ALT. Still had to jump start.Then begin to R&R starter. Found starter bolts loose. This caused a poor ground connection, from BATT.to ENG. BECAUSE TRANS. SHOP DID NOT TIGHTEN STARTER BOLTS AFTER REPAIRS HAD BEEN COMPLETED.
