how hard is it do tune up on 3.0l taurus

It' actually pretty easy to do.The only problem is reaching the back plugs.Especially the one on the left side.It's obstructed by so many things and there is very little room between the upper intake and the firewall.What a lot of people do is take off the UIM to reach the rear plugs easier.I personally used 2 4inch extensions and a swivel joint on the end of my ratchet and snaked in from the passenger side to reach the middle and drivers side plugs.

95 and older are easier than 96 and up. Rear plugs on 96 and up can be a little tricky. If you don't have coil on plug, be sure to replace your plug wires with good quality ones! Dont cheap out on the wires.

its fairly easy just the back plugs are hard to get to use good brand name wires if you dont have cop i like napa belden wires

Belden makes nice wires. Autolite PROFESSIONAL is a good choice if Belden is unavailable. Or purchase OEM from Ford.
