Early 2000's Reliability

Question type: General

I'm looking for used cars in the $2K range and in my area Rangers from the
early 2000's/late 90's and around 150K mile range are in that ballpark. I'm
also looking for it to have manual transmission and a good maintenance
history.

What of reliability can I expect?
