Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I am having issues with my headlights flickering to the point where they almost
completely shut off at night when driving it. I have had new batteries, alternators and a
shop that does nothing but chase down electrical problems look at it. To no avail. Its
frustrator! I know its a ground (or thats my opinion) but I can't find it.

Any suggestions?
