any known problems with towing a trailer with the CVT transmission

I would not recoment towing much weight,the FreeStyle is known for all types of problems,it did not turn out to be the vehicle FORD was hopeing for,very poor qulaity.

thanks for the input. The vehicle has a 2K towing rating and Ford service advised me not to exceed the rating.

I pull an 800lb trailer with two sportbikes yearly from ottawa ,ontario to southern Virginia......no problems at all.....
