Hi i have a 2004 ford freestar, can any one help out with why my drivers side head light is bright as normal but the passenger is dimmer , then when i put on the high beams the passenger side goes out

to continue, drivers side headlight works the way it should but the passenger side is very dim, when I put on the high beams the passenger side goes out, I checked the fuses and ground wires and still the same problem, it is not the bulb as it has been checked as well , thank you
