door locks not working with remote or from switch inside, sometime the drivers door will unlock??

Factory Remote? The Body Control Module (BCM/TPMS) has a concern. Check the fuses and the switch for power in and out since those are common failures but the BCM ultimately controls it all. Aftermarket remote - who knows. What year is your truck?

Don't know the year we are dealing with, but the age of your battery is of primary concern here----if more than five we've got problems...also there's the issue of the chassis ground....battery connection to ground here must be wirebrushed to expose metal to metal~ gotta have good ground or nuthin' will work~

The door lock actuators go out. That happened to mine, both locks stopped being able to fully unlock when they tried in response to the remote control. It was over $100 in parts, but an affordable mechanic that works out of his home charged reasonable & they work fine now.

I have a 2018 f-250 . the left rear door will not unlock with from driver door, but will from passenger door.
