Is there a way to selectively silence the back-up warning beeper?

Asked by Tchout Jun 12, 2017 at 02:44 PM about the Ford F-250

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

There are times when I want to avoid using the back-up warning beeper (the one that signals to folks outside the truck that I am backing up).  Can it be silenced selectively or permanently?
