Ford F-250 headlights go out when you use your turn signal

Okay my friend has a Ford 250 a few days
ago every time she did go to use her turn
signal her headlights would go out now all of
a sudden her headlights aren't working at all
check the fuses they all seem good no wires
seen crossed or messed up so not sure
what it is
