Had to put in a new battery, wrong battery and terminals were crossed Now nothing is working no lights won't start

Sounds as if you blew the cars main fuse or curcuit breaker...you need a owners manual or wiring diagram or do a google search

Have someone check out the PCM and other electronics if the fuse or breaker did not save the system. Electronic systems do not respond well to reverse polarity.
