Check distributor to see if rotor rotates, this engine has a pin on distributor that holds the gear, if that pins breaks, ur rotor does not turn and spark does not go to spark plugs

Yes, check for rotation and it was good, and has not jumped time. I'm thinking it might be an electrical problem since there is not a continuous current at the new coil, even changed the coil wire just to make sure it wasn't bad

Try jumping coil direct see if it starts. +12 frim battery to +side of coil. If it starts then u know fir sure it's an electrical issue with start signal and start tracing wire back to ignition switch
