May be the starter. Most Fords have the solenoid on the firewall. Carefully take a long screwdriver and touch both connectors while the key is turned forward and if it starts your starter is bad.
Chech battery cables to make sure they're clean amf tight and just work ur way back from starter. Jump directly from battery to starter and see if it'll turn over, if it does go to the relay. If it didn't turn over, replace starter
You could have a bad ignition switch
Did you end up getting the problem fixed I have the same issue? I have replaced starter, battery, ignition switch, even checked my inertia switch but doesn’t want to start still.
where would the fuse be located that might be associated with this type issue
