TRY PUTTING DIRECT POWER FROM BATTERY TO STARTER AND CHECK YOUR BODY AND ENGINES GROUND WIRES

Did you try jumping the vehicle or have battery charged before or after installing the new starter and solinold ?

No radio or lights signals a bad ground connection or a bad battery. Just because a battery has 12 volts does not mean it has the amperage to crank the engine. If you have another vehicle with a battery try swapping them out temporarily to see if it starts. If it does then use a multi-meter and make sure the alternator is charging.
