its a friggin beast there aint a whole lot that i ask of my truck that it wont do it just dont like the mud but not many 2wd trucks do

I have an '05 King Ranch. Love this truck. Nothing it can't do. Pull my camper? No problem. Haul sanbags? you bet! Get through that muddy job site?Sure! Than clean it up and take the wife out in comfort on date night.

it has a boxed frame.

I don't like the fact that all made after 2004 have aluminium head and removing the spark plugs is a major feat. If you have done this you will know what I mean. The difficulty of this situation will affect my decision to buy a Ford again.

30 years and going strong. Beyond affordable to maintain. Insurance? I only have to call my insurance agent on the day I use it -- so he covers it for that day only. Like . . . I pay around $36 per year for insurance. This 1980 straight 6 beast is the most dependable angel.
