Can I swap the trans from a 95 explorer 4.0  to a 99
ranger 3.0 heard they use the same block both are
automatic 4x4

Your much better finding a 99 ranger trans and bolting it right in. The ranger drive line is a piece of cake. A used trans prob around 300 if you look around.
