Scraping grind from front drivers wheel,already replaced wheel hub and cv shaft

Maybe brake caliper or Disc pad issue

jack up the vehicle and take the load off the suspension. Turn the tire manually and see if the condition persists. Turn the wheel from lock to lock while rotating the tire. If seems OK jack up the tire loading the suspension and do the same thing.
