If I take my car to an auto repair and I signed a document,
can I still take it somewhere else?
Description:Collision occurred and vehicle was taken to
body shop not of my choosing

Talk to your insurance agent / adjuster The body shop might try to buffalo you and threaten legal action but remember it's going to cost him money to file any thing in court . It's still your car good luck
