On most Fords the fuel pump inertia switch is located in the trunk/hatch area, on the right hand side behind some thin grey card board. Push the red button down until it clicks. If it was Not tripped from a collision type impact, then you should check the fuel pump, the fuse, and the relay.

oilyspill always provides great illustrations. It looks like the fuel pump inertia switch is located near the driver's left foot, on the kick panel to the left. Not in the trunk.
