When i was driving on friday i stop at a light on
34st and the car turn off but started right back up
came home fine and today i was trying to move it
around and it wont start up so i jump started it and
it started so i leve it for 15 minutes turn it off and
trying to restart it with the jumper cable still on and
it wont start all it does is clickclickclickclick...
So i took the battery to Advance auto parts and
they said i need to replace the battery so my
questions is does that click click i am hearing is
because my alternater is bad thats y my battery
died or is my battery is too dead for the alternater
to charge it up? Do mind you it wont start even
with the jumper cable on with my other
truck...please help...

May be a bad battery,but like you said could be the case of alternator being bad all so,if it will nit crank by jumping and you just get a click,this could be bad connections at battery or the low amperage from battery may have damaged the starter,if you happen to get it started go have the alternator checked,but after checking all above and it still clicks ,you may need a new starter.
