1996 ford e150 v8 clubwagon won't idle down until about 45 driving sounds like a jet air plane like the fan is sp3eding up with the throttle?

Won't idle down while you start driving sounds like a jet air plane it does after
45 miles mph sounds like the fan is speeding up the faster I go?

Your fan clutch may have seized up. Try turning the fan by hand with the engine OFF. If it won't turn freely then the clutch needs replacing.

It spins freely and easily sometimes after driving for awhile it quites down like you can barely here it running but if I go start it now it idles down in park but when you go to take off that annoying embarriaing fan sound agin please help thought it was the thermostat because the guage wasn't working it was destroyed put new one on today still the same problem

The fan clutch may not have failed completely - yet. If it were me, I would consider converting the van to an electric fan.
