2010 Ford E150 blower motor stuck on low speed

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I'm having blower motor issues on a
2010 e 150. The speed is stuck on
low. I know the resistor is behind the
battery but not 100% sure this is the
problem.  Would there be an easier
way to troubleshoot this other than
taking the dash off and switching the
plugs? (Back blower works fine)
Kinda want to stay away from
throwing parts at it...

On other vehicles I've owned, when this happens its the fan motor resistor.

Thank you sir. Just for clarification, the fan motor you referenced to is the blower motor, correct?

Agree, the blower resistor is what I replaced an it worked. Need to make sure to match the wires if you replace the pigtail.
