a/c changes when driving

Asked by justavan Sep 16, 2012 at 02:23 PM

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

A/C blows from dash in park no problem. But, while driving up an incline for example, the air will blow from other vents, winshield then floor and back to dash once the speed has leveled off. I think its a vac leak but not sure where to look. Any help would be appreciated.

you have a vacume leak.most likely at supply under hood through fire wall or vacume ball canister...black plactic tubing is supply side, check for small crackes in tubing also
