Do people listing vehicles know what they are listing? I see headlines not matching description or photos.

I am looking for Toyota Sienna with Auto Access Seat for my parents and so far I saw every dealers listing Sienna with Auto Access Seat but photo showing regular seat and description/spec doesn't say vehicle has Auto Access Seat.
