2012-2014 RAV4 vs. Honda CR-V

Asked by Apr 30, 2019 at 03:32 PM about the Toyota RAV4

Question type: Shopping & Pricing

I'm torn on choosing from these two vehicles. I'm sold on Toyota reliability and I know Honda's reputation is generally great as well. I haven't discovered any known issues with either of these within these years...any advice on pros/cons or your experience with them? Recommendations appreciated.

Yours might be the greatest quandary in the car business. How to choose between two great cars. I don't like how the RAV-4 feels cheaply made, especially its interior. I hate the CVT transmission in the CRV. So we bought a new 2016 Mazda CX-5. I recommend it. It's a thrill to drive and has been wonderful on maintenance. I hope that helps, but I might have just made your decision making more difficult: sorry.
