I would like to purchase a look a like of a classic muscle ford mustang, that also is a 5 seater, is it possible?

I would not consider any Mustang a 5 seater. In fact most have very little leg room in the back seat so practically speaking Mustangs are 2 adults and 2 children.

I don't think any Mustang had five seat belts, so legally, such a car does not exist. Even if you wish to squeeze more than two people in the back, it will not be comfortable for any of them. If you must try, I think the Fox bodies ('79 - '93) probably feel the roomiest.
