the drivers side window on my 2007 hylander goes up and then comes back down 1/3 of the way.

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I hit a dear and they had to replace the window. When I picked it up it started doing the above. I took it back and they replaced the control module. It still closed and then opens a 1/3rd of the way. Long story short the dealer and I had a falling out. Any ideas?

Take them to civil court. Small claims. Sue them for the amount of the correct fix.
