Question type: Car Customization

Is it possible to modify a Toyota Celica to be all electric. How would I do this, or where could I go to find out? How Much would it cost (including tools)? I don't own one, but I am thinking about getting a more recent model(2000-?)
to modify for my first car.

Good luck. Do you have lots of money and another car to use while you work on this one?

Its still a concept, and I can use public transportation, so second car isn't needed. I have time to save up. I wanted to be able to compare the cost of a gas powered car to a modified all-electric car. Thanks.
