1998 Toyota camry.. starter was just replaced would that have anything to do with it?

I have a 1993 Toyota Camry 4 cylinder that when I turn the key to start the car soon as the key get to the on position & get power cranks the car on before getting to start.& continues to crank after the car turns over. Have to shut it back off because it continues to crank. Is it my starter, ignition, or solenoid? Need help.... 2 Answers

I have a 2012 Camry SE. It has sat awhile and the battery had died when I tried to start the car. I charged the battery and now rests at 12.5v. Now when I go to start the car there is no power at all to the inside of the car. No gauge lights come on when you turn the key, but the steering wheel can be turned and the car cannot be shifted into neutral. I checked all fuses, including the long ones that house the alternator, all check out fine. I used my dmm and I have power to alternator and starter. Security light is on inside the car. I have tried all three keys I have for the car with no avail. 3 Answers
