Out of state purchase through a private seller

I am looking at a car listed here in Illinois but I live in Wisconsin. I can'f find very
much info on the DMV website that tells about taxes, etc. If we handle the sale
through CarGurus, will someone help figure that out? I am concerned about
paying double taxes.

Are you looking at your states dmv website for the information? What state are you in? All you should need from the seller is the title, bill of sale, maybe more depending on your state.
