I used my olds to jump start a car and something happened it made a loud noise and
smoke was coming out of the dpark plugs now it makes a loud noise when i try to start it
why also a wire came off the starter what should i do

Did you try a new starter? You could have shorted something out. Check your fuseable link. Before trying to start the car when you turn the key do you hear the fuel pump come on? Listen for a sound like a slight click noise. Do your headlights and dash lights turn on with key in on? If so probably not the battery. Have that and the alternator tested. Also check belts and fuses go from there.
