I have 1990 XJR that is all original, on top of the ctrr console it has a molded top that houses an old cell phone from that era. Can anyone tell me if Jaguar installed phones as special equipment?

It could have been but I don't think they were hands free. I do remember everyone had pagers and would return calls when paged.

I have a 1999 Jaguar XJR, 4 door sedan, but it says limited edition. The ignition is not on the steering column, its on the dash close to the steering column that says limited edition . I haven't seen others like this. Do you know why this one is different? 1 Answer
