Riveria 1996 horn won't sound

Greetings..the problem you described could either be the air bag, a fuse, a connection problem or the horns. I suggest to first check the fuses ..please note that some fuses may look ok but don't put out enough current to fully supply what's needed. I like to check my fuses of concern with a test light. If the fuses aren't the problem, check the horns. You can either remove them and use attached wires to an auto battery. And or use the same method to check the horns W/O removing them. If you decide to remove the horns they can easily be removed by just sliding the horns from its brackets. Good Luck and give us some feed back.
