I have a 1995 Buick regal it runs great  but it
seams to go dead when I slow down but
cranks right back up please help me

Sounds like the engine needs a going over, could be a number of things, plugged fuel filter, dirty injectors, vacuum leak, egr valve. Take it to a trusted mechanic to have it checked over.
