shifting out of park

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

If I'm parked on a hill, I can't shift out of park.  Why?  How do I fix it?

adjust the parking cable. check out the transmission mounts while your at it

there is a recall/Technincal Service Bulletin for this, I know...just cannot find the thread for this....check your dealership on this issue~
