I'm thinking about buying a Nissan Sentara GXE
from a coworker and she said it has 220715 miles
and it lagging I just wanted to know what is the
problem and how much will It cost to fix it thanks

I would not buy this car. High miles and problems!

Well It does have a lot of miles, so I'd ask when did it last have a full tune-up (filters, fluids, spark plugs, coils, o2 sensors, etc...). Modern cars don't need less parts when its tune-up time, they just need different parts. But 220,000 thousand miles, makes the year of the car matter in other areas of wear and tear.
