what is the best way to get into the rail of the front passenger side seat?

a fingernail clipper was dropped between the front passenger seat and center console.  In trying to retrieve it, the clipper flipped onto the track of the seat.  How can I remove the front seat and get the clipper out of the track?
the year is 2011.

Looks like four bolts and a couple of molex connectors for seat controls.
