I need to replace my 2003 Nissan Altima computer that controls the engine. I am told that it doesn't come programmed and the cost is additional. Anyone have any idea how much this cost???

Ask your Nissan dealer what a re-flash will cost. Some independent shops can also provide this service so call around. The cost should not be terribly high.
